In 1993, Burcham built 38 condominiums, The Clusters, detached from Burcham's main building. Individuals privately own these with Burcham maintaining ownership of the property and providing external maintenance. As a CCRC, the condominium residents have priority if they experience a need in their level of care.

Designed with the active retiree in mind, The Clusters add yet another level to Burcham's continuum of care. This unique housing option is available to individuals age 55 and older. As a resident of The Clusters, you are free to use any or all of the services and amenities offered by Burcham Hills including scheduled transportation and activities, blood pressure checks, fitness classes, on-site store, beauty shop, library and much more. Also, depending on your needs, additional services are available including meals, housekeeping and emergency call response.
