Center for Health and Rehabilitation: Sub-Acute Rehabilitation

Located in our Center of Health & Rehab, our sub-acute rehabilitation's goal is to aid in the healing and recovery of the individual and to prepare them for a return to their prior level of function and living environment.

This is accomplished through a multidisciplinary approach incorporating physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy, social services, nursing, physician, dietitian and additional support services as needed.  At Burcham Hills, we do not contract our therapy staff rather we hire them to our dedicated team to be vested in your success.

Burcham offers a 3,300 square-foot, state-of-the-art therapy space, including and unique to sub-acute rehab in the greater Lansing area, a complete "Activities of Daily Living" apartment for simulation of home and personal care needs.
