Burcham Hills has several amenities on-site for the convenience of residents. These services are located on the first floor of Burcham Hills and include:

Library (located on the 1st floor):
Hours: 24 Hours a Day

The Burcham Hills Library is a function of the Resident Association. All books are either purchased with funds from the association or by donations of books and/or funds by residents and friends. All books in the large print section have a checkout card in the front, which should be signed, dated and deposited in the box on the desk. All others are strictly on the "honor" system. A three week loan period should be observed. A member of the Library Committee is available in the Library from 9-10:00am, Monday through Friday, to offer assistance. Newspapers and magazines are NOT to be removed from the Library. The East Lansing Public Library also provides book service weekly and will accept special orders, if available.
