Center for Health and Rehabilitation

Our goal is to aid in the healing and recovery of an individual to help them return to their prior level of function and living environment. This is accomplished through a multidisciplinary approach incorporating physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy, social services, nursing, physician, dietitian, and additional support services as needed.
